1. Acceptance of Terms

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the pg33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pg33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate any funds or winnings in such accounts without prior notice.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are expressly prohibited from registering for or using the pg33 Service:

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of pg33 or any of its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members of such persons;

• Individuals who have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from pg33 or any other online gaming platform for breach of terms, fraudulent conduct, or other violations;
• Persons acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, other players or third parties for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage, manipulating outcomes, or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.

If pg33 discovers that any User falls within a prohibited category, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the account, void all bets and transactions, and confiscate any deposited funds or winnings without liability or obligation to refund.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Users may fund their pg33 account balance by making deposits through one or more of the payment methods supported by the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet, and other approved Philippine payment channels. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the User's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method.
• pg33 does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which pg33 is not responsible.
• Deposits are generally credited to the User's account instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• pg33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we have reason to believe the source of funds is unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

3.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available funds from their pg33 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in the User's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as specified on the platform at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya transactions, and within 24 hours for bank transfer methods, subject to verification and compliance checks.
• Before processing a withdrawal, pg33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, to comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the pg33 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings, are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their payment provider if depositing from a non-PHP account.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 Placing Bets

By placing a bet or wager on any game, event, or market available on the pg33 platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules and terms applicable to that game or market. All bets are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once accepted by the platform, except in cases of obvious error as determined by pg33 in its sole discretion.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results, outcomes, and settlement determinations are final and binding. If you believe a game result is incorrect or a technical error has occurred, you must notify pg33 customer support within 24 hours of the disputed event. pg33 will investigate all properly submitted disputes and render a final decision, which shall be binding. 4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg33 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or engage in any form of cheating;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or other offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or systematic low-risk wagering;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform without manual human input for each action;
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, engaging in chargebacks without legitimate cause, providing false identity or verification documents, or any other form of financial fraud;
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform's code or game logic for personal gain;
• Money Laundering: Using the pg33 platform to launder money, transfer funds illicitly, or otherwise engage in financial activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

pg33 employs sophisticated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect and prevent prohibited activities. Any User found to be in violation of this section will face immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, pg33 may offer bonuses, promotions, loyalty rewards, or other incentives to Users (collectively, "Promotions"). Participation in any Promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that Promotion, which will be published on the pg33 platform or communicated to eligible Users via email or SMS.

Unless otherwise specified, all Promotions are subject to the following general terms:

• Each Promotion is available once per User, household, IP address, and payment method. Duplicate or multiple accounts used to claim the same Promotion multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement with respect to the Service and all Content.

pg33 does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected;
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations or requirements;
• All Content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pg33's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pg33 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall pg33 be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if pg33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by pg33

pg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents upon request;
• Request or direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months;
• Any other reason that pg33 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, other Users, or the public interest.

Where a pg33 account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, any funds held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an account is terminated for any other reason and no breach or fraud is involved, pg33 will facilitate the withdrawal of any remaining verified balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

10.2 Termination by the User

You may close your pg33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Notwithstanding the foregoing, pg33 reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or notices published by pg33 on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pg33 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties.

12.2 Severability
